6.1 Event Organizers

When you scan someone or allow your badge to be scanned, your contact details are shared directly with that user. After sharing, their use of your data is governed by their own policies.

We may share data with trusted vendors (e.g. hosting, email services) solely to operate the Platform.

6.4 Legal Requirements
